The BGM-71 TOW can be purchased from the Tactical Crate in Survival games for $5,000.
It is very useful in early waves in any mode of Survival, as it fires a 1,000 damage guided rocket (30 max ammo) and can fire across the whole map. And it's good value too. It is particularly good for killing helicopters, enemy vehicles and large dinosaurs. See the Survival Guide for more. It also appears as an enemy in survival, killing it should be your priority.
